Welcome! I’m Shana with PresLeigh Designs. Modern Southern is my personal design speciality but my biggest purpose is creating beautiful spaces that truly reflect the style and function of my clients lives, making those homes a sanctuary.

I wanted help selecting exterior paint colors for our Baxter home. Having done this many times in the past, I knew the task to be extremely time consuming to get the colors just right.
Shana listened to my ideas and concerns thoughtfully and after taking a look at my home’s interior and getting a feel for my style, she came back with a well thought out color palette that integrated our whole home.
When it came time to apply for HOA approval on items that might normally be denied, her experience and thoroughness proved helpful in having our vision accepted.
